13.09.2015 The 9th Mikael Tariverdiev International Organ Competition is over
The 9th Mikael Tariverdiev International Organ Competition is over.
President of the Jury in Kaliningrad Professor Martin Jean (the USA) who was select by Trustee Counsel (Professor Arvid Gust can not come because of health problems) announced the results at night after the final, third round.

1st prize and title of Laureate: Ikuyo Mikami (Japan)

2nd prize and title of Laureate: Lukas Euler (German)

3rd prize and title of Laureate: Antonio Di Dedda (Italy) and Maria Lebedeva (Russia)

Special prize For Best Interpretation of Mikael Tariverdiev works: Ikuyo Mikami (Japan)

Diploma and Awardee title: Vladimir Skomorokhov (Russia)

Diploma and Awardee title: Heji An (South Korea)

15.04.2015 13 organists from the different places took part in the North-American Round of the 9th Mikael Tariverdiev Competition
13 organists from the different places of the USA, Austria, Uzbekistan, Romania, South Korea and Japan took part in the North-American Round of the 9th Mikael Tariverdiev Competition. In 2014, the Organ+ festival will be held between 10 and 18 October. Commencing its opening ceremony, on 10 October at the Tramway Depot #1, will be a concert by the famous Lithuanian band Subtilu-Z.
