07.09.2007 5 Mikael Tariverdiev International Organ competition is over!
On September, 7, 2007 the finale rounds was completed at Kaliningrad! For three days the contestants had theirs auditions in the Concert Hall of Kaliningrad Philharmonic Society. Seven organist out of from the 17 contestants participated in the second round were selected by the Jury (President of Juty Professor Klemens Shnorr, Germany) for the final run. more >


02.09.2007 On September, 2, 2007 the opening ceremony of the competition was held at Kaliningrad Philharmonic Society Concert Hall
Programm Mozart&Mozart was performed by world wide famous Wienna Akademia orchestra led by Martin Haselboeck. Well known soloists Tomas Feodoroff (violine) and Peter Aigner (viola) played in the programme. Concert closed by Martin Haselboeck’s organ improvisation on the theams of Mozart and Tariverdiev. more >

The winnesr of the previous competitions Ekaterona Melnikova (Russia), Jean-Pierre Steijvers (the Netherlands), Istvan Matyas (Humgary) presented a programme under the name MUSIC TRIBUTE TO THE FREE HANSEATIC CITY OF HAMBURG. more >
