10 of them had advanced to the second round. They are organists from Germany, Russia, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Japan, and Korea:

13 organists from the different places of the USA, Austria, Uzbekistan, Romania, South Korea and Japan took part in the North-American Round of the 9th Mikael Tariverdiev Competition. Six of them passed the the second round and will perform in Kaliningrad: Yoomi Chang, Jinhee Kim, Olga Lebedeva

In 2014, the Organ+ festival will be held between 10 and 18 October. Commencing its opening ceremony, on 10 October at the Tramway Depot #1, will be a concert by the famous Lithuanian band Subtilu-Z. The same day will also see the presentation of a tram car that may well become one of Kaliningrad’s cultural trademarks. more >
